Refund policy

Due to the nature of our business we do not accept returns.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please take photos of the damage and send them to our email address at: neomifearon@gmail.com.

If in the case an item is indeed damaged please return it to: 186 Brent Crescent, London, NW10 7XR to the attention of: Naispostcreations. We will send you out a return label with instructions with how to return it to us.

Once we have recieved your damaged item we will send out a new one within 24 hours. *This does not apply to Cake toppers and custom items which are made to order. These items will be dispatched within 5 working days.
